Dalverine West-Aarons
MSN., BSN., RN., CM/DN
Director of Nursing Services
Dalverine West-Aarons is a Registered Nurse who has been caring for medically fragile children since 1987. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN/NP) and Bachelor of Arts Degree (BSN) at Coppin State University, and her Associate Degree (AA) at Baltimore City Community College.
She is profoundly dedicated to the service of children and families and a strong advocate for the development of policies that guides this process. She received a citation from Maryland Senator Shirley Nathan-Pulliam (Ret.) congratulating her on efforts in policy development.
Her backgrounds included pediatric nursing care in the Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU) and Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU). A Delegating Nurse with the Maryland Board of Nursing and is guided by empirical knowledge through current and credible research data. Also, as a mother of a special needs’ child, she brings understanding, relatability and empathy.

The Team Care Nursing caregivers believe that the components of the Nursing Process-Assessment, Nursing Diagnoses, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation, serves as the guiding principles to ensure a systemic approach for the delivery of the best level of care to clients.
